Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the hardback so expensive?
I have decided to have a fully illustrated version of the book, with 14 full page color plates. It is intended as a collector's edition, and is part of my vision of having an almost graphic novel feel. For the more budget conscious, the eBook is also illustrated, and is listed at $5.99.

What does the title A Forged Weapon mean?
It is a reference to the daughter Chanai who Sidus turns into a literal weapon with claws to kill the protagonist Professor Handson.

Are any of the books going on sale?
First, I have to write them, and that is the hard part. Pricing is easy. As an indie writer, I have full control over my books and can do whatever I like with them. But here's my reasoning: $5.99 is the price of a cup of coffee these days. A book of any sort (perhaps not the bad and incompetent ones), is immensely valuable to the soul, and as such, should cost something, and I have my suspicion for the writers out there who mark there book down to $0.99. Have you no pride, I want to ask? You WROTE a book! All the countless hours and blood and sweat you put into it, and its cheaper than the dollar store?

You decide. But hey, if you need something cheaper, email me and we'll talk. I'm a reasonable man.
